I’ve been occupied with psychological research for ten years now (from the start of my studies to conducting my own studies now). Over the course of a decade, I’ve stumbled across many surprising correlations that are widely unknown, but at the same time unintuitive and very useful to be aware of.
I want to share with you guys here my collection of important, unintuitive, significant correlations. Please note that these correlations are not spurious, meaning that they actually have a cause-effect relationship (or none for unexpected non-correlations), and substantial, meaning that they are not so small that their real life impact might be easily neglected.
